ISB and the Ministry of Economic Affairs have congratulated Thomas Klein (Technical Manager, SKS Welding Systems) on the development Power Joint.
 

 
As creative system partners and developers, SKS Welding Systems have already made a significant difference in the automotive and its supplier industries: New, pacemaking technologies, constantly growing know-how and fruitful dialogue with users have led to ever better, 'finer' solutions for automatic arc welding. The 'Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz' has recognized this success by presenting the 'Succes' award for the development of the Power Joint torch system.

'Innovative ideas and the enterprising boldness to make them marketable are the basis of economic success', declared Rhineland Palatinate Minister of Economics, Hans-Artur Bauckhage on the occasion of the 'Success – output-oriented promotion of innovation' - event of the 'Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz' (ISB) in Mainz. The 'Success' awards have been presented by the ISB since 1998 to companies in Rhineland-Palatinate that have developed and successfully brought to market innovative products, new technical developments and new production processes. 'Output-oriented promotion of innovation' means: The level of financial promotion with the 'Success' premium depends on the degree of innovation of the new development and the sales figures it achieves. Power Joint has been available on the market since 2005 and received the second highest premium of the 15 in this year's prized innovations. We are delighted by this recognition.
