This is how the application procedure works

After we received your application we will send a confirmation of receipt.

We will check your documents as soon as possible. This may take some time, as we reserve the right to look through your documents carefully – you will receive a reply from us in any case.

If your application documents convince us, we will invite you to a first introductory conversation – in person or via MS Teams, as the case may be.

After an initial meeting, and if both sides feel that a collaboration is worth considering, we will invite you to another round of interviews. During those, we will go into more detail about your future tasks and show you our company. If applicable, you will also get to know our management at this appointment.

If it’s a match and an employment relationship is established, you will receive an employment contract from us.

Once the employment contract has been signed, you are ready to start. Since we are convinced that a real match for both sides only becomes apparent after a certain amount of time, we want to use the six-month probationary period to really get to know you and to allow you to familiarize yourself intensively with your area of responsibility. In addition, you will also gain an insight into other areas of our company so that you can understand the internal relationships.
